Travel Developmental Program (La Masia) - Fall 2014

Barcelona Training method - 7 training sessions on Fridays. We have many players that want extra training because they are hungry to improve and learn the game.

These training's will provide the serious player an extra session a week to improve his/her game intelligence, technique and agility with and position awareness without the ball.

All sessions will be high level training applying principles from FCB Academy

We have been using the Barca Method for over two years inside of our teams and have seen excellent results. Mark Lugris and Alex Mendolia will be running the program just returned from the FCB Academy in Spain with more information and training that will help develop our players. These training sessions are an opportunity for Mark and Alex to share this information with as many players as possible inside Stony Brook SC. Only serious and committed players should apply for this training program. We want to build this style of play inside our club through all age groups, this will serve as an introduction to this methodology to our younger players.
