Travel Developmental Program (La Masia) - Spring 2015

La Masia begins it 3rd year of progressive training based on Spanish academy models of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Athletic Bilbao, Rayo Vallecano, Getafe & Atletico Madrid as well as the Spanish FA. Coach Alexander Mendolia and Mark Lugris have visited these academies and have brought back a methodology for player development which is unique to Spain and is now being copied by the top academies in the world. We ask that only highly motivated players apply for this program .

The program is holistic and requires players to have a high standard of values which they should reflect on and off the field. The La Masia player should be a role model for all the members and should mirror our club values we want to make good soccer players into good people who will learn how to use the tools of dedication, hard work and humility to help them achieve their goals in all aspects of their life.
